- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.

- La permanenza minima contrattuale corrisponderà al periodo di prenotazione su
[xxxxx]. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In ogni caso, 3 mesi rispetto alla data di check-out, va comunicata la disdetta regolare per interrompere il contratto alla data stabilita; se non avverrà tale comunicazione, il contratto rimarrà attivo.
- L'appuntamento per l'ingresso in casa dovrà essere prenotato con almeno 3 giorni lavorativi di preavviso rispetto la data d'ingresso di tuo interesse.

- The minimum contractual stay will correspond to the booking period on
[xxxxx]. If you wish to leave before the check-out date selected at the time of booking, you may exercise the option of early departure by paying 1.5 month's rent. In the event that you wish to have a tenant take over (whether the owner or the current tenant finds him/her), you may leave the flat by paying a service charge of €200. In this case the contract will end the day before the replacement tenant moves in. A closing charge of €225 will also be due.. In any case, 3 months before the check-out date, the regular cancellation must be communicated in order to terminate the contract on the established date; if no such communication is made, the contract will remain active.
