A bed space is available in a spacious double room shared with another female student, in a modern, fully renovated and furnished apartment in Quartiere Feltre, a quiet and green residential area of Milan.

THE BEDROOM

The room is furnished with two storage beds, two large study desks, two spacious wardrobes with sliding doors, a bookcase and a comfortable office chair. It features individually adjustable air conditioning, double-glazed windows, electric roller shutters and insect screens. A private bathroom is reserved exclusively for the two occupants of the room.

THE APARTMENT

Located on the fourth floor of a well-maintained building with a lift, the apartment has been completely renovated and furnished to provide a comfortable environment for studying and everyday living.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, a microwave and an air fryer. It also has a dining area and a balcony.

The living room features a large LED TV, a spacious sofa, a dining table and a balcony, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialise.

The apartment also includes three single bedrooms, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with windows and shower enclosures, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a spacious hallway.

A renovated cellar with bicycle storage is also available, with convenient access from street level.

Parco Lambro is approximately a 5-minute walk away. Nearby facilities include gyms, tennis courts and other sports facilities.

A pharmacy, bakery, greengrocer and other local shops are within walking distance, while a large supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away on foot.
