Dava allo spazio un’atmosfera più ordinata e mi sentivo più indipendente perché non dovevo condividerlo con il mio coinquilino. La stanza in sé è confortevole e facile da vivere, soprattutto se apprezzi avere un piccolo spazio personale per cucinare. Dato che entrambe le stanze sono piuttosto indipendenti, è quasi come vivere da soli pur condividendo tecnicamente l’appartamento.”

“What I liked most about this room was having the kitchenette separated with its own door. It gave the space an organized vibe and I felt more independent since I didn’t have to share it with my flatmate. The room itself is comfortable and easy to live in, especially if you appreciate having your own little cooking space. Since both rooms are quite independent, it almost feels like living alone while still technically sharing the apartment.”

I lavori di ristrutturazione hanno enormemente contribuito a rendere l’appartamento accogliente e preciso in ogni suo particolare.
This flat is located in one of the most international neighborhoods of Milan, from which are easily reachable the Politecnico di Milano, the University of Milan and the entire university pole of Città Studi. The flat, recently renovated, is suitable to satisfy every kind of need of a student or young worker. It’s equipped with windows and balconies that make the rooms very bright. In the flat there are two private bedrooms with two private kitchens (one with dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The recent renovation makes the flat cosy in every detail.
