Ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza davvero speciale sono stati i coinquilini: super gentili, rispettosi e facili da vivere.
La posizione è un grande vantaggio: tutto è vicino, dai supermercati ai mezzi. Metro, bus, tram e anche treni sono a pochi passi, quindi spostarsi era semplicissimo. Il quartiere è molto sicuro e familiare. Anche Helphousing è stato molto professionale. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.”

"I stayed here for a few months and it was honestly one of the most comfortable places I’ve lived in Milan. The room is very big, with a proper double bed, which is not always easy to find. What really made the experience though were the flatmates. Super friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
The location is also a huge advantage: everything is nearby, from supermarkets to transport. You have metro, bus, tram, even trains within walking distance, which made commuting really simple. The neighborhood feels very safe, more family-oriented, which I personally liked a lot. Also, Helphousing was very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend it."

È dotato di finestre e balconi che rendono luminosissime le stanze e gli ambienti comuni. Nell’appartamento vi è una cucina abitabile, tre camere da letto singole e due bagni con doccia e lavatrice. I lavori di ristrutturazione hanno enormemente contribuito a rendere l’appartamento accogliente e preciso in ogni suo particolare.
This flat is located in one of the most international neighborhoods of Milan, Lambrate, from which are easily reachable the Politecnico di Milano, the University of Milan and the entire university pole of Città Studi. The flat, recently renovated, is suitable to satisfy every kind of need of a student or young worker. It’s equipped with windows and balconies that make the rooms and common areas very bright. In the flat there is a leaving area with kitchen, three single bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and washing machine. The recent renovation makes the flat cosy in every detail.
