The apartment of via Sassetti 17 is located at the second floor of a residential building. It consists of a small entrance hall with kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is about 70 square meters and has been recently renovated and renewed in the fornitures and equipments. Via Sassetti is a small street close to Piazzale Lagosta, in the heart of Isola neighbourhood, one of the most famous district of the “movida milanese” of the last decade. The area is very well served with public transportation: a few hundred meters from metro station Isola (M5 purple line) and Gioia (M2 green line) – stop of the bus lines 60 and 728 – stop of the tram lines 7, 31, 33. The apartment is very close to Piazza Gae Aulenti, the public park Biblioteca degli Alberi, the famous building Bosco Verticale and the FS and metro Station Garibaldi. The district is served with any kind of residential services as well as with bars, restaurants, clubs and pubs within the most famous of the Milano da bere.

- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
Do you want to finish your contract earlier than agreed? Don’t worry, please inform us and if you find a substitute (of course we can also help you!), you can leave without any type of penalties.
