We’re excited to offer a bright and fully furnished room (Room 2) in a house on the ground floor. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing.

The apartment includes shared access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, which are fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen supplies and a washing machine.

📍 Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, making it suitable for both students and professionals staying longer term in the city.
💰 The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, high-speed internet, and the GEZ TV license fee.
🗓️ Move-in dates are available on the 1st or 16th of each month, with some flexibility if needed.
🔐 A security deposit of €950 is required before moving in.
