Your room
The room is bright and simply furnished with everything you need: a 90 × 200 cm bed with slatted frame and a new mattress, a spacious two-door wardrobe, a bedside table, a ceiling lamp and curtains. Bedding is included: duvet, pillow, bed linen and a fitted sheet. All furniture is new.

Shared spaces
You'll share the flat with three other tenants. The fully equipped kitchen (approx. 10 m2) has a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and all the basics for cooking. The bathroom is large (approx. 12 m2). A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack and ironing board are available for everyone.

All-inclusive rent
Heating, hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi and all building costs are included in the monthly rent. No extra bills, no surprises.

Registration (Anmeldung) possible
You'll receive the official landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung), so you can register your address in Berlin, which you need for your tax ID, bank account and more.

The flat is on Heerstraße in Berlin-Spandau, a calm residential area with supermarkets and everyday shops nearby. There are bus connections along Heerstraße towards Spandau and central Berlin, and plenty of green spaces around for walks and sports.
