Hi guys,

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

Your rental contract start date is determined by your planned move-in date, with one key condition: your contract must start within 15 days of the property's first available date (exceptions possible).

• Move-ins between the 1st and 15th: Your contract begins on the 1st of the month.
• Move-ins from the 16th to the end of the month: Your contract begins on the 16th.
Please note that check-ins are not available on weekends or public holidays. If your contract starts on one of these days, your physical move-in will be scheduled for the next available working day.

plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.
