Its 68 m2 with 3 rooms (bedroom, kitchen & living room) + 2 bathrooms and is fully burned. The bedroom is 12 m2 with a private en-suite bathroom and built-in closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob & oven.
50 Mbps WiFi is available.
There's no basement access for storage however. It would be an occasional WG with myself, as I'm working/living outside of Berlin at the moment.

You’d basically have the whole apartment to yourself most of the time! I keep an additional basement room (not in the photos) in the flat which I’ll use when visiting Berlin, typically just 1 or 2 weekends a month, and some months not at all. The living room, kitchen and entrance bathroom would be shared between us.

Move in is possible between 01.10 & 15.10, and rent period would be 6 months to begin, with the possibility to extend it. The utilities include an advance payment for electricity & gas. If the actual consumption exceeds the monthly advance, the difference will be settled after the pension period.

If interested, please send a
1. Short description about yourself,
2. Whether you intend to move with furniture + amount & size
3. All necessary documents

Then we can arrange an intro call, followed by a viewing either with myself, or a friend depending on the desired date.
