Spacious 25 m2 Room in a 150 m2 Apartment in Charlottenburg

I’m subletting my furnished room in Charlottenburg while I’m travelling, from 11 November to 7 December 2026.

The room is approximately 25 m2 and part of a spacious 150 m2 apartment shared with two flatmates. There’s plenty of room to have your own space and privacy, while also enjoying the communal areas of the flat. These include a large living room, a spacious dining room, and a balcony facing the street.

The apartment offers a nice balance between having space to yourself and spending time together with your flatmates.

Rent: €800 for the entire period, including bills.

If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay in Berlin for a few weeks, feel free to get in touch! I’d be happy to tell you more about the flat.
