Hi people! From now on, we are renting out 4 rooms in this lovely 4-room-apartment in Berlin Wilmersdorf. The location in Berlin is excellent, public transport is just in front of the door pretty much as well as supermarkets, etc.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and one bathroom with a bathtub. Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table+chair and a fridge. Internet is given. All side costs are included in the rent. Anmeldung is possible.

The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys.
