The building uses a central heating system with individually controlled radiators in every room, so it’s always cozy and warm to your liking.

The U-Bahn / subway station „Böhmerwaldplatz“ is reached on foot in five minutes, from there you’ll reach the city center at Odeonsplatz in ten minutes.
The LMU is reached in 20 minutes from your doorstep, the TUM in 25 minutes all using public transport.
Additionally there also os a bus stop. There is a modern EDEKA supermarket only five minutes away, as well as REWE and Teegut supermarket, along with a dry-cleaner‘s, multiple bakery’s like IHLE and others, and a variety of restaurants among them a L‘Osteria and the Michelin starred restaurant Aquarello all in a 15 minute walking radius.
Additionally just two bus stops away there is a shopping center.
The park „Denniger Anger“ is located directly adjacent to the Building.

Willkommen in deinem neuen Zimmer im Herzen von München! Es befindet sich im fünften Stock eines komplett sanierten Apartments, das insgesamt drei Zimmer umfasst. Hinzu kommen eine Küche – ausgestattet mit allen Elektrogeräten sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner – und ein Badezimmer mit moderner Glasdusche und rundum neuen Sanitärobjekten. Die Gemeinschaftsräume teilst du dir mit zwei ruhigen Mitbewohnern. Das Zimmer selbst verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne und ist bereits für deinen Einzug vorbereitet: Es bietet ein Bett samt Matratze, einen Kleiderschrank sowie einen Tisch und einen Stuhl zum Arbeiten oder Studieren. Das Gebäude wird über eine Zentralheizung versorgt; dank individuell regulierbarer Heizkörper in jedem Zimmer ist es stets gemütlich und warm – ganz nach deinen Wünschen. In der Miete sind sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Wasser sowie WLAN bereits enthalten. Die U-Bahn-Station „Böhmerwaldplatz“ ist zu Fuß in nur fünf Minuten erreichbar; von dort gelangst du in zehn Minuten ins Stadtzentrum am Odeonsplatz. Die LMU erreichst du von deiner Haustür aus in 20 Minuten, die TUM in 25 Minuten – jeweils bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zusätzlich befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
