I recently moved to Helsinki from Japan with my two children, and I am looking for a home for our family as soon as possible. Finding a home soon is especially important because I need to arrange school for my older child.
I am currently in the process of opening a Finnish bank account. Although I have not yet started earning income in Finland, I receive approximately €2,800 per month in director’s remuneration from my company in Japan, as well as approximately €1,600 per month in rental income from a property in Japan. My total monthly income from Japan is around €4,400.
I am in Finland on an entrepreneur residence permit and plan to establish my business in Helsinki.
I am financially able to cover the rent and would be very grateful for the opportunity to rent an apartment through you. As I am hoping to settle my family into a home soon, I would appreciate your consideration of my application.
