My name is Ian Ho, and I am 19 years old. I have recently moved from Brisbane, Australia, to begin my studies at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague. I am currently looking for accommodation before the start of the academic year in September.

I am looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home where I can focus on my studies. As a music student at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, my practice sessions will take place at the conservatoire, and I will not be practicing at home, ensuring a quiet and peaceful living environment. I am a respectful, responsible, and tidy person who takes good care of the property I live in.

Although I am not currently employed, I am financially prepared for my stay. I have savings of approximately €16,000 and a financial guarantor who can provide additional assurance if required. I’m looking for housing within a budget of up to €1,200 per week.
