My name is Zeynep Çiçekli, I am 24 years old and I am from Türkiye. I will be starting my studies in the Fashion and Textile Technologies program at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede this September.

I am currently looking for a long-term furnished room or studio in Enschede. My housing search is quite urgent, as I already have my flight booked and will arrive in the Netherlands on August 13. I have already applied for many rooms through Roomspot, but unfortunately I have not received a positive response yet. Therefore, I would really appreciate any help you can offer in finding suitable accommodation.

My maximum monthly budget is €700. I am flexible regarding housemates and do not mind whether they are male or female. I am a responsible, clean, organized, and respectful person. I enjoy discovering new cultures, travelling, meeting people from different backgrounds, and photography. I always take good care of the place where I live and respect shared spaces and house rules.

Regarding my financial situation, my mother will be my financial sponsor and guarantor. She is the Office Manager of the Turkish branch of a German-Turkish fashion brand and has a gross monthly income of approximately €3,000.

In addition to her salary, my mother receives rental income from a property we own in Türkiye. She also owns a house, a car, and several plots of land. Furthermore, she receives a retirement pension alongside her current employment. These provide additional financial security.

If required, I can provide my Saxion University enrollment document, proof of income, guarantor documents, and supporting documents regarding her rental income, pension, and assets.

My desired start date is August 13. Since I am currently in Türkiye, I would also be happy to have a video call or online viewing if necessary.
