We are a couple (Im Italian, 27, my partner Ana is Spanish, 25) looking for a 1-bedroom apartment for long-term rent, starting September 1st. Our budget is up to €2,000 per month.
A bit about us: weve lived together in Warsaw for the past 4 years, and I recently started a new job at a bank in Amsterdam, which is why weve relocated to the Netherlands. Ana works as a Spanish teacher. Right now were staying in a room in a shared apartment, but wed really like to find a 1-bedroom place just for the two of us.
Areas were considering: Amsterdam, Utrecht, or anywhere in between (e.g. along the train line), as well as Almere and Weesp.
What we need:
Registration at the address must be possible (inschrijving/BRP) Long-term contract preferred
What we can offer:
Stable income (employment contract from my bank job) Bank statements Reference from our previous landlord in Warsaw Non-smokers, no pets, no parties - we just want a quiet, calm life Happy to visit the apartment in person whenever suits
