Hello! My name is Arianna, I’m a 24-year-old Italian student moving to Utrecht at the end of August to start my Master’s degree at Utrecht University. I’m looking for a furnished studio, apartment or private room, preferably with a private kitchen and bathroom. My budget is up to €2,000 per month, although I would prefer something more affordable. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I’m a clean, respectful and responsible tenant. My rent will be fully supported by my parents, and I can provide any required financial documents or a guarantor if needed. I would prefer a place close to Heidelberglaan or with good public transport connections to Utrecht University. I’m looking for a long-term rental.
