Regarding financial solvency, I have been awarded the prestigious Utrecht Excellence Scholarship (UES-LEGITS) totaling €35,958. After deducting my tuition fees of €21,342, I have a guaranteed, liquid living allowance of €14,616 for the academic year (~€1,218 per month), which easily secures the monthly rent of €433. I can readily provide my official university award letter as proof of sufficient financial means. Could you please let me know when it would be possible to schedule a viewing of the apartment? Additionally, I would like to know how your contract signing process works, can it be completed digitally from abroad, or does it require a physical signing upon arrival?
