A little about us: were Burak and Deniz, a couple who met while studying abroad and have been together for several years. Burak works as a freelance marketing consultant with a degree in International Business Administration and will be starting his masters this september. Deniz is doing her MSc in Brain & Cognition and is actively interviewing for roles in the city, expects to be employed shortly after we move in. Were responsible, tidy people, calm in our day-to-day lifes and genuinely respectful of the spaces we live in.

On the financial side, we want to be fully transparent from the start: we have multiple guarantors in place, which comfortably covers rent well beyond the standard 3x-income requirement. Were happy to share bank statements, ID, invoices/payslips, and references on request.

We are ideally looking for a studio or 1 bedroom house either in Rotterdam, Hague or Leiden. Our budget is 2200 all included. Our preferred move-in date is July, though we do have some flexibility if needed. Please dont hesitate to reach out via phone or email.
