The apartment was fully refurbished in summer/fall 2025. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. The flat is suitable for 2 Adults plus 1 or 2 kids. The pull-out couch can be converted into a full sized bed, but might be a bit to cozy for siblings for a longer stay. The neighborhood is quite and safe. There is a fish-focused mediterraneren restaurant on the ground floor and nice pup on the corner of the street. The main metro line U1 is in 5 min walking distance.
