In the heart of historic Vienna city centre. 5' walk from daily farmers market, shops, recreational area of Prater, cafes and underground station U3 Rochusgasse. Totally calm. Elegant building from 1880. 3rd floor. Sunny. Completely furnished with love and antique furniture. Feel and live like a Viennese in this peaceful and fancy place. Enjoy drinking tea and coffee from fine porcelain and Austrian wine from crystal glas. You will find everything you need in the flat where we love to stay when we are in Vienna ourselves. There is a small garden with a bench that can be used by all the inhabitants of the building. Birds sing in the court yard and in the trees in front of the house. We are looking for a calm and reliable tenant who will take good care of this beautiful flat. Longer periods can agreed upon.
