Due to an extended stay abroad, we are renting out our beautiful 115 m2 rooftop maisonette, which extends over two levels.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic Gründerzeit building on Hainburger Straße, a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Vienna’s 3rd district.

The bright, open living area on the lower level, with a modern open-plan kitchen and a cozy terrace, invites you to relax. This level also features a bedroom with its own bathroom (shower) as well as a separate WC.
The apartment is fitted with high-quality oak parquet flooring and built-in wardrobes.

For musicians, a Yamaha C6 grand piano (212 cm) is available in the living room, adding a special atmosphere to the space.
A staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two additional bedrooms, an open gallery, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The rooftop terrace offers a spectacular panoramic view over Vienna.
All daily necessities are within a 5-minute walk, including several supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, pharmacies, the Galleria shopping center, Rochusmarkt, and the lively Landstraßer Hauptstraße.

The Danube Canal, popular with joggers and cyclists, as well as the extensive Prater recreational area, are also in close proximity.
The Kardinal-Nagl-Platz and Rochusmarkt (U3) subway stations are just
a 3-minute walk away. From there, the city center at Stephansplatz can be reached in less than 15 minutes (or about 25 minutes on foot).
The Vienna State Opera and the Theater an der Wien can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by bus 4A or via the U3/U4 lines.
UNO City is accessible by subway in 20 minutes.

From the nearby Wien Mitte station, Vienna Airport (Schwechat) can be reached in just 20 minutes.
