Mitt namn är Sara och jag hyr ut min lägenhet då jag ska flytta till en annan ort för arbete. Jag planerar att vara borta i cirka 2–3 år, eventuellt längre.
Lägenheten är en trivsam och välplanerad bostad på 38 kvadratmeter, belägen på Sankt Eriksgatan 81 i ett lugnt och tryggt område i Vasastan. Området har mycket goda kommunikationer med endast 2 minuters gångavstånd till tunnelbana och bussar som enkelt tar dig runt i hela Stockholm. I närheten finns ett stort utbud av restauranger, mataffärer, gym, frisörer, teatrar, Västermalmsgallerian, butiker och grönområden.
Bostaden är fullt möblerad, har gott om förvaringsutrymme och en genomtänkt planlösning. Det finns tvättstuga i samma byggnad med lättillgänglig bokning samt soprum med källsortering.
Lägenheten kommer att vara tillgänglig från och med september och hyrs ut tills vidare. El- och gasförbrukning tillkommer utöver hyran.
Jag söker en skötsam och ordningsam hyresgäst med fast inkomst, som letar efter ett långsiktigt boende och som kommer att ta väl hand om lägenheten. Rökning är inte tillåten, och jag ser helst att du inte har husdjur.

My name is Sara, and I am renting out my apartment as I will be relocating to another city for work. I plan to be away for approximately 2–3 years, possibly even longer.
The apartment is a charming and well-designed 38 square meter home, located on Sankt Eriksgatan 81 in a quiet and safe area of Vasastan. The neighborhood has excellent public transportation, with just a 2-minute walk to the metro and buses that easily connect you to all parts of Stockholm. The area also offers a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, hair salons, theaters, Västermalmsgallerian shopping mall, parks, and various shops.
The apartment is fully furnished, has ample storage space, and features a smart layout. There is a laundry room in the building with easy booking, as well as a recycling room for waste separation.
The apartment will be available starting in September and is rented out on a long-term basis. Electricity and gas are not included in the rent.
I am looking for a responsible and tidy tenant with stable employment who is searching for a long-term home and will take good care of the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and I would prefer no pets.
