● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.

● For stays longer than 7 days:
The first additional towel request is free of charge.

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

Guest Access:
Guests are afforded complete and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This encompasses the open-plan living, dining area, 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen. Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee.

As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.
This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
