A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Historic Charm: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 5-story building. Due to its protected status, it retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the building's historic charm.

Central Location: Situated in a lively central area, the apartment is surrounded by bustling streets filled with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort.

Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
