The rent does not include electricity, water, high speed internet, waste collection service, common building areas cleaning. Gas is not included in the 200 expenses. The 600 rent price is intended for a minimum of 6 months stay. For shorter rent price please contact me. For all the utilities - electricity, water, high speed internet with fiber, waste collection service, common building areas cleaning, building and boiler maintainance, the price is 200 euros per month. The gas is excluded, and will be paid separately based on monthly gas bill.
