Lila è un appartamento di 110 mq con tre camere da letto doppie (di cui una piccina), grande salone, cucina abitabile, bagno con vasca e secondo bagno con doccia (senza bidet), balcone. Riscaldamento centralizzato, condizionatore in ingresso e nella camera più grande. Spazi davvero generosi. E' al quarto e ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un condominio molto tranquillo e ben tenuto. Quartiere residenziale e verde, comodo ai negozi. Fermata del bus (15 e 24) per il centro città di fronte casa.
Lo spazio
Lila è un appartamento in un condominio elegante dei primi anni 70.
La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con 2 divani in stoffa e piuma d'oca molto comodi, tavolo da pranzo, mobili d'epoca anni 70.
La cucina è moderna, con elettrodomestici nuovi, completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi.
Dal soggiorno e dalla cucina si accede al lungo terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), al riparo dal sole e dalla pioggia, grazie alle tende alla veneziana.
Due camere da letto hanno letto doppio (160x200), armadi e cassettiere d'epoca, dentro cui troverete coperte e cuscini e federe di riserva. In una delle camere i letti sono singoli, ma possono diventare comodamente un letto doppio con un kit di collegamento dei due materassi.
C'è poi una terza camera piccola, ma in cui comunque c'è un letto 140x200.
Il bagno più grande è dotato di vasca da bagno con cabina doccia, lavello, wc, bidet. Il secondo bagno ha la doccia, wc, lavello e lavatrice (no bidet). Troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).
In ingresso troverete un grande armadio per i cappotti, scarpiera e materiale per pulizie (scope e aspirapolvere). Nella casa saranno a vostra disposizione altri materiali di pulizia, ferro e asse da stiro, stendibiancheria.
I pavimenti sono in marmo, nelle camere troverete parquet e nei bagni ceramica. I bagni sono stati ristrutturati negli anni '90.
Il riscaldamento a Lila è centralizzato e ogni radiatore ha la sua propria termovalvola con possibilità di regolare il miglior confort climatico desiderato. Nella camera da letto più grande e nell'ingresso è installato un condizionatore: la casa in questa maniera può essere raffrescata comodamente. In ogni caso sono a disposizione dei ventilatori portatili. Alle finestre ci sono i doppi vetri, per un miglior efficienza energetica.
I bidoni dei rifiuti per la raccolta differenziata sono in strada, vicini al condominio.

The space
Lila is an apartment in an elegant condominium from the early 70s and we have tried to maintain its style and taste, even with the furnishings.
The living area consists of a large living room with 2 couches in fabric and very comfortable goose down, dining table, vintage furniture from the 70s where you will find maps and tourist brochures, TV.
The kitchen is modern, with new appliances, fully equipped with everything we think you might need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available.
From the living room and kitchen you can access the long terrace, where you can hang your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain, thanks to the Venetian tents.
Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200), vintage wardrobes and drawers, inside you will find blankets and pillows and spare pillowcases. In one of the rooms, the beds are single beds, but they can comfortably become a double bed with a set of two mattresses.
Then there is a third small room, but in which there is still a 140x200 bed.
The larger bathroom has a bathtub with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine (no bidet). You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).
In the entrance you will find a large closet for coats, shoes and cleaning material (broom and vacuum cleaner). Other cleaning materials, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, will be at your disposal in the house.
The floors are marble, in the rooms you will find parquet and ceramic bathrooms. The bathrooms were renovated in the 90s.
The heating in Lila is centralized and each heater has its own heater with the possibility of adjusting the best climate comfort desired. In the larger bedroom and entrance there is an air conditioner, so the house can be cooled down comfortably. In any case, I am available for portable fans.
