Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio colorato e vivace, in un quartiere residenziale comodissimo al centro città (la fermata del tram è a 50 metri). Giusi è pensato per 4/5 persone: ha due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con un king size cm 140x200), un grande soggiorno con un divano letto (king size cm 140/200), un bagno, una cucina abitabile, e una lunga terrazza. E' perfetto sia per turismo che per lavoro, grazie ai suoi spazi e a una connessione internet veloce.
Lo spazio
Una volta entrati in Giusi verrete subito colti dai colori caldi e accoglienti dell'appartamento, arredato in stile moderno, a cui è stato volutamente aggiunto con qualche pezzo di arredo originale dell'epoca di costruzione (anni 70).
L'ingresso collega la zona giorno con la zona notte. La zona giorno è costituita da una cucina abitabile, completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Il tavolo in cucina è perfetto per colazioni, pranzi e cene di coppia, in piena intimità nello stesso posto dove il pasto viene preparato.
La seconda camera ha un letto king size (140x200), due piccole cassettiere e un'altra piccola scrivania.
Il bagno è dotato di doccia, lavello, wc, bidet. In bagno troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo sempre a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).
Nel corridoio della zona notte troverete un altro grande armadio a disposizione degli ospiti, ma anche cuscini e coperte aggiuntive. Qui potrete trovare lo stendibiancheria.
Nell'ingresso, in zona giorno, c'è un altro piccolo armadio con scope, aspirapolvere, mollette e materiale di pulizia. Altro materiale di pulizia si trova in cucina.
Sempre in ingresso e in soggiorno troverete volantini, mappe e brochures turistiche, nonché informazioni sui ristoranti della zona e il manuale della casa.
Dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla camera principale potrete accedere al grande terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), prendere un caffè o una bevanda rinfrescante, godendosi la tranquillità del verde. Se siete fortunati, potreste vedere anche uno degli scoiattoli che abitano nel quartiere.
Giusi ha un bel giardino condominiale, ma vedrete che tutti il quartiere Guizza ha diversi spazi verdi e piccoli parchi. Attenzione alle zanzare, specialmente d'estate: per proteggervi abbiamo installato delle tende-zanzariera (non su tutte le finestre): utilizzatele con cura.
Tutte le finestre hanno tapparelle avvolgibili che permettono di fare buio completo nelle stanze. Fate attenzione perché sono originali, funzionano bene ma sono come vecchie signore, e come tali vanno trattate: con calma e delicatezza.
Giusi è dotato di aria condizionata: uno split è in soggiorno e l'altra nella camera da letto principale. La seconda piccola camera non ha aria condizionata, ma può essere rinfrescata lasciando aperta la porta della camera e utilizzando il ventilatore a disposizione. Ricordate che le estati in Veneto possono essere calde e umide: vi raccomandiamo di tenere chiuse finestre e tapparelle nelle ore più calde e finché ci batte sopra il sole, per una temperatura interna più confortevole.

Relax with the whole family at this colorful and lively place to stay, in a very convenient residential neighborhood in the city center (the tram stop is 50 meters away). Giusi is designed for 4/5 people: it has two bedrooms (one double and one with a king size 140x200 cm), a large living room with a sofa bed (king size 140/200 cm), bathroom, kitchenette, and long terrace. It is perfect for both tourism and work, thanks to its spaces and fast internet connection.
The space
Once you enter Giusi, you will immediately be picked up by the warm and cozy colors of the apartment, furnished in a modern style, to which some original pieces of furniture from the time of construction (the 70s) has been intentionally added.
The entrance connects the living area with the sleeping area. The living area consists of a habitable kitchen, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners as a couple, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared.
As a separate room, the spacious and bright living room with TV and sofa - which once opened can serve as a bed for two (140x200 cm) -.
The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a high 2 closet and a dresser. There is also a desk to use the room as a studio, perfect for working on the computer.
The second bedroom has one king size bed (140x200), two small dressers and another small desk.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo always at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).
In the hallway of the sleeping area you will find another large closet available to guests, but also extra pillows and blankets. You can find the clothesline here.
In the entrance, in the living area, there is another small closet with broom, vacuum cleaner, tongs and cleaning material. Other cleaning material is located in the kitchen.
Also at the entrance and in the living room you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants in the area and the house manual.
From the living room, kitchen and master bedroom you can access the large terrace, where you can hang your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), have a coffee or a refreshing drink, enjoying the tranquility of the greenery. If you're lucky, you might even see one of the squirrels that live in the neighborhood.
Giusi has a nice condominium garden, but you'll see that everyone in the Guizza neighborhood has several green spaces and small parks. Beware of mosquitoes, especially in the summer: to protect you, we have installed mosquito tents (not all windows): use them with care.
All windows have roller blinds that allow you to get full darkness in the rooms. Be careful because they are original, they work well but they are like old ladies, and as such they should be treated: calmly and gently :)
Giusi is equipped with air conditioning: one split is in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The second small room doesn't have Air Conditioning, but it can be refreshed by leaving the bedroom door open and using the fan available. Remember that summers in Veneto can be warm and humid: we recommend keeping windows and blinds closed during the hottest hours and as long as it beats over the sun for a more comfortable indoor temperature.
