I have a fully separate and furnished basement apartment with its own entrance to rent out on a long-term contract from mid-June/early August + can be rented for a longer time than to the end of this year. Only for rent to one person.

The house is located in Stenkällan near the last stop for bus 5. Easter part of Malmö close to Jägersro. Free parking on the driveway makes this suitable for you who have a car and want to be able to easily get into town by bus.

You have your own: bedroom with smart TV, living room, bathroom with shower, kitchenette (no oven or dishwasher). Low electricity consumption (11,000 kW per year) and district heating + air heat exchanger.
