The flat has 40 square metres and is located in central Frankfurt, very central but still in a quiet building. Underground, suburban trains and trams are all a short distance away, and the old town, the Museumsufer, cafés, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped. The living area has a 60-inch TV with a GigaTV box, a dining table with chairs and a desk with an office chair, plus a wardrobe, a coat rack and a box-spring bed. The fitted kitchen comes with a stove, an oven and a fridge. Crockery, cutlery, pots, a kettle and a toaster are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies. The balcony has a table and seating for the warmer months. A bicycle cellar in the building is also available.
