Fully Renovated, Energy-Efficient Garden Studio with Private Terrace
Step into this studio, completely renovated with comfort and energy savings in mind. Everything is brand new, so you can move in straight away, enjoy low running costs and a greener way of living.
The bright living area opens through large sliding doors onto a spacious hardwood deck, with steps down to a lush garden of lawn, ferns and mature trees. The old brick walls make it feel calm and private, a rare find in the city. On sunny days the light pours in, which also means less need for artificial lighting and heating.
Renovated with energy savings in mind
The renovation focused on efficiency as well as looks. New high-performance double-glazed windows and sliding doors keep the warmth in during winter and cut drafts and noise. The studio is fitted with modern radiators, and the bathroom uses a thermostatic shower mixer that reaches the right temperature quickly, saving both water and energy. The result is a home that stays comfortable all year and keeps your energy bills under control.
The open kitchen is sleek and fully fitted, with matte black cabinetry, a marble-look backsplash, a stone-effect worktop, a built-in oven, an electric hob, plenty of storage and a tall unit for the fridge. A second glazed door off the kitchen leads to a side terrace for fresh air and natural ventilation.
The shower room is finished in large-format marble-look tiles. It has a walk-in rain shower, a wall-hung toilet with a water-saving dual flush, a vanity unit with drawers, an LED-lit mirror and a heated towel rail.
