Fully furnished 65 sqm apartment with one bedroom. The bedroom has two single beds, bunk beds can be placed on your request. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment.

The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes.

In the additional required cost, there is an amount of 70€/month which is the estimated monthly fuel heating cost for the winter period. (average heating period 7 months mid oktober - mid May, but this may vary) This amount is not applied in spring, summer and autumn, therefore an average of 70€ monthly is asked

3 to 11 months rentals: +20% (to be added to the shown amount)
More than 1 person from start contract: +50 euros/months/person excluding utilities.
If second person is not from start, 25% of the rent on monthly bases, or 10€/night for occasional guest

Beware : we do not allow "first residence" ou "residence principale". To avoid any ambiguity, please understand that you can only stay as a 2nd residence registration. You are allowed to register ad this address for professional purposes, or as student.
Keys are not handed over as long as the security deposit is not on our account, or handed over upon arrival, together with the first months charges. If you cannot provide proof of income, we ask double security deposit.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival at 4pm (till 6pm). If the conditions allow it, earlyer acces can be granted, but cannot be guaranteed.

It is of no use to ask for a visit, we do not organise visits before reservation. There is a video that gives you a virtual visit. Asking for a visit implicates you haven't read the add. and we will immediately decline you request and report your profile.Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
