This apartment is located on the 2nd floor, 36 m2, with a private balcony. Cold rent €1,281 plus €170 ancillary costs (prepayments for heating and water and an operating cost lump sum), giving a warm rent of €1,451. Deposit: three months' cold rent (€3,843). Available from 5 November 2026.
The studio is fully furnished and move-in ready. It comes with a double bed (140 cm), a sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, coffee table, lamp, shelf, TV, mirror and curtain rods, as well as a fitted kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, a washing machine, wooden flooring and a private bathroom with shower.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and must be registered and paid separately by the tenant.
