We currently have multiple partly furnished 2-room apartments available, ranging from 36 m2 to 70 m2. Units are available on different floors, offering flexibility depending on the preferred size, floor and budget. The final rent varies depending on the selected unit.
This apartment is located on the 5th floor, 70 m2, with a private rooftop terrace. Cold rent €1,622 plus €235 ancillary costs (prepayments for heating and water and an operating cost lump sum), giving a warm rent of €1,857. Deposit: three months' cold rent (€4,866). Available from 5 November 2026.
The apartment is let partly furnished: it comes with a fitted kitchen including dishwasher, wooden flooring and a private bathroom with shower. Furniture is not included, so you can furnish the living spaces according to your own style.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and must be registered and paid separately by the tenant.

7) Final cleaning fee: 280 €
8) 7% Surcharge is applicable for short-lets (duration of less than 6 months)
9) For rental durations of more than six months, the deposit can be paid in three installments.
