We currently have multiple studio apartments available on different floors, up to the 4th floor, giving you more options depending on your preferred floor, apartment size and budget. Rental prices may vary depending on the individual unit.
The studios are thoughtfully designed and fully furnished for comfortable everyday living. Depending on the unit, the apartments include a 160 cm double bed, wardrobe/storage, dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen with refrigerator and cooking facilities, private bathroom with shower, and a balcony or terrace. Furnishing is available in the project's modern Earthy or Calm interior styles.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and must be registered and paid separately by the tenant.
Residents also benefit from an extensive range of shared amenities, including a fitness and yoga studio, co-working spaces, residents' lounge, cinema room, podcast room, rooftop terrace, pet spa, padel and basketball courts, playground, bicycle parking and parcel lockers.

1) The contract can start on any date, and the rent will be calculated on a daily pro-rata basis.
2) Our contract charges are calculated on a daily pro-rata basis. This means your rent will be based only on the exact number of days from your move-in date.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we will send you a rental contract via email and You need to sign it & send it back to me within 48hours.
4) Registration possible and the necessary document will be provided post the move-in
5) The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€
6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“
7) Final cleaning fee: 200 €
8) 7% Surcharge is applicable for short-lets (duration of less than 6 months)
9) For rental durations of more than six months, the deposit can be paid in three installments.
10) Seurity deposit amount needs to be paid before the move-in date
