This refurbished flat has everything you need to feel right at home in Berlin. Current design trends and clean lines characterise the two-bedroom flat, which is located in one of the capital's trendy districts.

The 60-square-metre flat is not only very tastefully furnished, it also looks much larger than it is. Much of the stylish design furniture was specially made for the individual rooms, so that the available space is used in the best possible way. As a result, you have a lot of storage space available in the bright, light-flooded rooms.

Comfort and functionality are the criteria according to which the interior designers have designed the flat. The modern, somewhat cool design is cleverly broken up by the warm colours of the various wooden elements, such as the stylish wood panels or the noble oak parquet flooring. However, the wood panels not only serve as an attractive eye-catcher, they also have a sound-reducing effect and thus contribute to a comfortable sleep in the cosy double bed. In addition, a small, separate work corner has been set up in the spacious bedroom.

In addition to high-quality entertainment media, such as the Bang & Olufsen sound system and the 55-inch 4k TV with Apple TV, all other technical appliances, from the washing machine to the dishwasher to the coffee machine, also come from well-known brand manufacturers. In the fitted kitchen with anti-fingerprint surface you will find a Bora hob and in fine weather you can enjoy your meal on the balcony.

Registration is possible.
