L'accesso al piano rialzato accoglie gli ospiti in un'ampia e luminosa zona giorno, composta da un’area relax con un comodo divano angolare e una TV, e una zona pranzo, perfetta per gustare ottimi pasti in compagnia. Da qui, si accede direttamente al magnifico terrazzo, un angolo privilegiato con una vista mozzafiato sul lago e sul verde giardino che circonda la proprietà. La cucina, moderna e completamente attrezzata, si trova in un ambiente separato accanto alla zona pranzo, e si apre anch’essa sul terrazzo attraverso una porta finestra.
Scendendo al piano terra, si trovano due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, una delle quali dotata anche di due letti singoli, per garantire il massimo della versatilità. I due bagni, uno per piano, sono completi di doccia.
Il magnifico giardino, accessibile sia tramite la scala laterale esterna dal primo piano che dalla porta finestra della camera al piano terra, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi all’aria aperta. The splendid villa MONTORFANO GARDEN & LAKE VIEW, just 15 minutes from Como, is a true oasis of tranquility, immersed in a lush garden that extends near the shores of the lake.
The entrance to the raised floor welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living area, consisting of a relaxation area with a comfortable corner sofa and a TV, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying delicious meals with company. From here, guests can directly access the magnificent terrace, a privileged spot with a breathtaking view of the lake and the green garden surrounding the property. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is in a separate area next to the dining room and also opens onto the terrace through a French door.
Descending to the ground floor, there are two large double bedrooms, one of which also features two single beds, ensuring maximum versatility. The two bathrooms, one on each floor, are equipped with showers.
The magnificent garden, accessible both via the external side stairs from the first floor and from the French door of the bedroom on the ground floor, is the ideal place to relax outdoors. Here, you can sunbathe and walk on the soft green grass, or take advantage of the wooden table under the porch for unforgettable moments with friends and family.
