Spread across two interconnected levels — a full living and kitchen area on the ground floor, a sleeping mezzanine above — the KERA maisonettes have the feel of a private home dropped into one of Athens’ most compelling districts. In a neighbourhood as characterful as Gazi, that distinction matters.

The two-level layout creates a natural rhythm to the day: mornings downstairs with coffee and the city starting up outside, evenings on the mezzanine with the sounds of Kerameikos drifting in. Everything feels generous — the ceiling heights, the space to move, the sense that this apartment was designed for people who actually want to live here, not just pass through.

For guests who refuse to compromise, this is where the stay begins.

What makes it special:

• Two-level layout with separate living and sleeping areas

• Gym and common garden area on the lower levels

• Ground floor access — ideal for arrivals and departures

• Perfect for couples, small families or anyone who wants more room to breathe
