It includes an island that connects with the living room. The living room is furnished with a chaise-longue sofa, flat-screen TV, side table, and many additional details.

The available room has a 1.35 m bed with a mattress and complete bedding (sheets, duvet, cover and pillows), a study desk with lamp and bin, a bedside table with lamp, and a wardrobe with hangers.

The price is €475 per month with all expenses included (electricity, water, heating, building fees and internet).
