Dear students,

from July 1st onwards one furnished room will become available in a spacious 4-bedroom shared flat located in Beckmanngasse, 1140 Vienna.

The apartment is exclusively for students, and the current tenants are two young women and one young man, all studying.

About the flat:
There are
- 4 separately accessible, lockable bedrooms
- a fully equipped shared kitchen with dishwasher
- a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine
- a seperate toilet
- a spacious entrance

The available room is furnished with a bed, desk + chair, and wardrobe

Rent & Costs:

€520 base rent

€70 monthly utility fee (includes electricity, heating, internet, etc.)

Total monthly cost: €590,-

Security deposit: €1180,-

Contract:

The contract is for a epriod of 5 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the end of February, August or September. If you want to cancel the contract earlier or another time, this would only be possible if you find a new tenant, who we agree with, yourself.

The apartment is in a quiet residential street in the 14th district of Vienna.
Public transport is easily accessible: the U4 subway station "Unter St. Veit" and tram line 52 are just a few minutes away.
Supermarkets (Billa, Spar), bakeries, cafés, and green areas are close by. Several universities (University of Vienna, WU, BOKU) are easily reachable.
