Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Viertel; es befinden sich mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist gut. Es gibt die Buslinien 12A, 14A und 59A . Innerhalb von fünf Minuten hat man Anschluss zu Schnellbahnen sowie zu Straßenbahnlinien 1, 62 und Badner Bahn ins Zentrum.
Zum Karlplatz sind es 20 Minuten, wo man Anschluss zu U-Bahnen hat (U1, U4, U2) hat.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a Gründerzeit-era building. The room faces the courtyard and is in a quiet location. An elderly woman who is a native Russian speaker and also speaks German lives in the apartment.
It is a quiet neighborhood; there are several grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Public transportation connections are also good. Bus lines 12A, 14A, and 59A run nearby. Within five minutes, you can reach the S-Bahn as well as tram lines 1, 62, and the Badner Bahn to the city center.
It’s a 20-minute walk to Karlplatz, where you can connect to the U-Bahn (lines U1, U4, and U2).
