Everything in your room is brand new, and you will be among the very first to use it!

French double bed (140x200 cm) equipped with wooden slats and a new 24 cm tall ergonomic 5-zone mattress for a comfortable rest. Spacious under-bed storage (that acts as a second wardrobe)! Two pillows are included, with fresh mattress and pillow protectors ready for your arrival.

You will live in a bright 4th-floor apartment (with elevator) - 105 sqm and 4 single rooms in total.

Kitchen: Equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, and a Nespresso coffeee machine for a lovely start to the day! Don't worry about cutlery, glasses, pots, and cups—they're already in the apartment!

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a washing machine.

Bike: Indoor bike rack available in the building.

The room is fully equipped and well-organized for your stay.

Flat Rate for Utilities: Euro 100,00/month covers electricity, water, gas, heating, ultra-fast Fiber Wi-Fi, building expences, and one monthly professional cleaning service for the apartment (common areas).
TOTAL COST: Euro 690/month (Euro 590 for rent+ Euro 100 for flat utilities)

2) SUPPORT YOU: We know choosing an apartment can sometimes be not easy; feel free to ask us what you need, we will be as clear/detailed as possible in our answers to help you make the best choice for your stay.

3) RESPECT: We all love socializing and Verona really offers plenty of spaces where having fun; however, our home is where we recharge and should be a quiet place. To respect everyone’s activity, relaxation, sleep, study, or hospital shifts, we don't allow house parties/disturbing activities.

We are looking for students and young professionals (exchange students, medical residents, interns, ...) who need temporary housing in Verona and appreciate a quiet, friendly and international vibe. The apartment is in a prime location, exceptionally convenient for the University and the Policlinico Borgo Roma Hospital.
