Three of the rooms open onto private balconies, and from their sixth-floor position, enjoy abundant natural light that fills the interiors throughout the day, adding to the sense of openness and warmth.
Beyond the bedrooms, the shared spaces are equally impressive. Residents can gather in a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, dining, and (hidden) area, ideal for both socialising and unwinding. Each tenant benefits from their own private fridge and dedicated food storage, while the property is fully equipped with modern, brand-new kitchen and laundry appliances—making everyday (hidden) effortless and enjoyable.
