CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.

BED LINEN:
We provide a set of sheets, a set of towels, a pillow, and a mattress cover (everything must be clean and in good condition at the end of your stay)

CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a code to gain access to the building, your apartment, and your room. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile.
The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
