Room: A charming single room in the attic, designed for those seeking a practical, complete personal space that's easy to live in every day.
The real plus is the air conditioning: a detail that makes a difference in the hottest months and makes the room more comfortable even during the most intense study sessions.
The room is furnished with a single bed with drawers, a slatted base, an orthopedic mattress, a bedside table, a reading lamp, a desk with a drawer, a chair, a desk lamp, a wardrobe with internal shelves and drawers, a chest of drawers, a mirror, and curtains.
It's an ideal solution for students and young workers looking for a functional, tidy, and ready-made room with everything they need to study, work, and establish a simple routine.
A two-person home is another strong point: less crowded, more quiet, and smoother day-to-day management compared to larger shared apartments.
Apartment: This apartment for two is a compact and functional solution, ideal for those who want to share a space without too many roommates.
The 50 square meter home comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, and a storage room—a practical addition to keeping the home tidier and more functional. Located on the third floor, it offers a simple, practical layout, ideal for the daily lives of students and young workers.
The common areas are basic but well-organized: the kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, and oven. There's also a washer-dryer, useful for managing your week independently.
It's a perfect solution for those seeking a quieter coexistence and an easy-to-manage home. The two-bedroom layout reduces clutter, increases privacy, and creates a more balanced living experience.
A parking space is available upon request (€50 per month).
We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere.
