In an optimal position for students of any faculty, it is, in fact, close to the faculties of the center, Sociology, Law, Economics and Letters, and a few steps from the bus stop n. 5 which leads to the faculties of Povo-Mesiano. Plus the university canteen is right across the street.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift and consists of a double room for single use with balcony, onesingle and one Double, an eat-in kitchenequipped with everything you need, a bathroom with windowwith shower and dressing room and acloset.
We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere.
