SHORT LEASE 1-3 MONTH ACCEPTED!!
Hello, I am a current intern in the European Parliament but will be leaving at the end of July. I am looking for a possible tenant to continue my lease starting August/ September 2026. The room is in a co-living house with 5 other flatmates and includes bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling, luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains wireless internet and cutlery. A 2 weekly cleaning is foreseen of the common parts of the flat which includes cleaning of living and dining room /kitchen/bathrooms - toilets and entrance and common stairs of the whole house. The house is equipped with a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The house has 3 bathrooms. The rent is 860 euros per week (including water and gas) and the security deposit is 2 months (1680€). The house is located in 35 rue Philippe Le Bon, 1000 Brussels ( in the middle of the European quarter nearby square Marie Louise ). General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E. U. trainees - young professionals and students of various European nationalities. It is at 10 minutes walk from the European Parliament and Commission, and 1 minute walk from station maalbeek. Easy communications to all directions: bus , tram and subway ( maalbeek ) at the end of the street. In the vicinity there are also shops, supermarkets, laundrettes, banks, post office.
