Spacious newly renovated private room is welcoming its new tenant. You share dining area, kitchen, bathroom, separated toilet, storage, 2 balconies with other 2 flatmates.

Room is fully furnitured with bed, closet, table, as foto show. And 2 chairs (not in the pic).

Please note these rules before you book:
- It's one of 3 private rooms in a flat but NOT a studio
- Not possible for viewing before booking and when it’s still occupied.
- After booking the draft contract will be offered, within 24hours landlord will have video interview with tenant.
- Deposit: to be paid to landlord's bank account by signing contract within 2days.
- The registration is possible if you stay for one year.

Financial overview:
- Price is excl. utility (200€ for gas electric internet and water)
- One-time admin check in/out costs : €650, non-refundable
- cleaning 180€ by checking out
- Security deposit: approx 2 months' rent
- Liability & contents insurance required (approx. €10/month, to be arranged by the tenant)
- city tax tenants part, pay directly to tax office when you received the bill

Optional:
- bedding sheet set & duvet: €150(to be paid to the landlord before move-in/key handover.
- Extra cleaning cost by check in 180€

Public transport: tram 7 to Erasmus University around 10min.
