Single room with bathroom and intercom in the room, TIM superfibre 100 Mb/s internet and TIMVISION, TV antenna, air conditioning, double glazed windows, central heating, hot water with gas boiler, bathroom overlooking on the balcony, kitchenette with magnetic induction stove. Contract registration. General expenses are not known exactly and therefore are not included in the rent. For this reason, the tenant makes a monthly bank transfer to pay 85 € to the account set up for paying bills at the Fineco bank, which is valid as an advance to cover the costs of water, electricity, gas, internet, telephone, waste tariff, heating. At the end of the lease, the balance of the expenses is calculated by the owner with a Microsoft Excel sheet based on the invoices actually received from the domestic utilities suppliers. The security deposit will be returned in full if the actual expenses do not exceed the amount already paid. The excess cash fund for general expenses will be returned to the tenants. Camera singola con bagno e citofono in camera, internet TIM superfibra 100 Mb/s e TIMVISION, antenna TV, aria condizionata, infissi in vetro camera, riscaldamento centralizzato, acqua calda con boiler a gas, bagno con affaccio su balcone, angolo cottura con fornelli ad induzione magnetica. Registrazione del contratto. Le spese generali non si conoscono esattamente e quindi non sono comprese nel canone di affitto. Per questo motivo l'inquilino effettua un bonifico bancario mensile per versare 85 € sul conto predisposto al pagamento delle bollette presso la banca Fineco, che vale come anticipo per coprire le spese di acqua, luce, gas, internet, telefono, tariffa rifiuti, riscaldamento. Al termine del contratto di locazione, il saldo delle spese viene calcolato dal proprietario con un foglio Microsoft Excel basandosi sulle fatture effettivamente ricevute dai fornitori delle utenze domestiche. Il deposito cauzionale sarà restituito per intero se le spese effettive non superano quanto già versato. L'eccedenza del fondo cassa per le spese generali verrà restituito agli inquilini. Il Deposito cauzionale è pari ad una mensilità.
