A charming and lovely bedroom (13m2) in a beautiful, shared, fully furnished, fully equipped 160m2 5 bedroom house(all utilities included) with a large wonderful garden in the center of Reykjavík (101 Reykjavík). As soon as you step out you are in the heart of the city, close to grocery stores, shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops, and by the lake (Tjörnin) -- all of it 2-5 minutes walking distance. You'll never need to take a taxi. The University of Iceland is 10-15 minutes by foot, the Arts Academy (main campus) is 15-20 minutes by foot, Reykjavík University is 20-30 minutes by foot, and all three are a short bike ride away.

There are five bedrooms in the house and two bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower and the other with a toilet and a bathtub. The house has two entrances, two floors, a living room and a very large kitchen (40m2) with a dining area as well. This bedroom has a large window, a desk and chair, a cupboard, a night stand and a queen-size (160x200cm) bed.

We are moving abroad with our family and are therefore looking for a good, responsible female tenant (one per bedroom), who will enjoy our beautiful home and take good care of it as well as someone who will make a great roommate for the others living there. No smoking/vaping and no pets, please.
